Happy Halloween!

 One of the great things about living in Bramley Avenue is that children of different ages at different schools can all do things together - even neighbours who have moved away (for Carl and Sukie that means a one hour drive to get back here). We had a spooktacularly good time tonight!

Close encounters of the furred kind

Pardon my post-natal brain, but it's only just occurred to me that I could post MOVING images of Katy here. This thought struck me only a month after it also occurred to me I could make little videos in the first place using my trusty phone. Sigh ... and I have to start work again in June, how ever will I persuade people I can still think straight? This mini-epic features Katy playing with what used to be a cat toy - formerly property of Tsi-Tsa - who doesn't seem to quite agree with this redistribution of wealth!

Let's rock'n'roll!

As if in answer to David's question (see comment on Brahms below) Kate is seen here enthusiastically performing her latest trick, rolling onto her right side with great energy and looking very pleased with herself. Tho good news for her development it means our lives just got a little more difficult! She's also managed to grab hold of the purple elephant hanging above her. With hand-eye co-ordination like that she'll be wanting an x-box before we know it.
