Car journeys - even short ones - usually require Katy to be provided with a certain amount of distraction and entertainment. "I spy" is always fun, and has the hidden educational agenda of supporting the identification of different phonemes. Since the clocks went back last month our journey home from nursery has suddenly become eerily different, with a different range of things to spy. Katy displays increasing confidence and balance.
